Adopted by the Confederacy in 1861, it's waist length design was more convenient for horseback riding than a long-tailed overcoat. This version is made from traditional top quality jean wool and is an authentic representation of the era. Perfect for any re-enactor, it has wood buttons and a 100% cotton lining with an inside pocket. Available in sizes 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48. Matching Vest and Pants available.
